Chiropractor, Physiotherapist and Vision Care Clinics
We currently offer electronic claims transmission from extended healthcare providers on our
TELUS
health eClaims Portal. Over 5,000 providers are registered to our service and are processing claims
on behalf of workers' compensation organizations, such as WSIB. We will soon be launching the service
to support transmission of eClaims from the Great West Life Assurance Company. For more information,

TELUS Health Solutions to provide Great-West Life with Canada's
first national e-Claims solution for extended healthcare providers.
The service is being initially deployed to support benefit claims from select providers, such as
physiotherapists, chiropractors and vision care providers. Over time, this will be broadened to
include a wider range of providers delivering services covered by group benefit plans.
