Claims Exchange Services - Drug
Our claims exchange services are available to all pharmacies across Canada. We handle claims transportation on behalf of 15 Canadian insurers and payers and transmit over 250 million drug claims annually as part this national service offering.
Claims Exchange Services - Dental
Our claims exchange services are also available to all dental clinics across Canada. We handle claims transportation on behalf of 30 Canadian insurers and payers and transmit over 29 million drug claims annually as part this national service offering.
Extended Health - TELUS health eClaims Portal
Workers' Compensation - Claims Submission and Exchange Services
We offer online claims submission from extended healthcare providers on our TELUS health eClaims Portal. Providers can process eclaims on behalf their patients, including for workers' compensation organizations, such as WSIB.
eClaims Transmission Services with Great West Life Assurance Company
We now support transmission of eClaims from the Great West Life Insurance Company. This service enables chiropractors, physiotherapists and vision care providers to submit their patient insurance claims online. Other insurers will soon be added to the platform. The patient is then required to pay only the portion not covered by the insurance and the provider will be refunded the balance. The service will soon be offered to a wider range of providers.
