Our Assyst Point of Sale Multi-Store module provides the capability and convenience of operating all locations without multiple system operators. Now, from one location, all the regular tasks included in the Assyst Point of Sale system can be performed: file maintenance, promotion set ups, inventory transfers and order processing for multiple buying locations.

Information is automatically distributed overnight to other store locations without disrupting regular business, using various communication formats and maintaining an up-to-date, accurate information network for operations. With the Multi-Store solution, item sales and inventory totals for each location can be reviewed first thing in the morning. With our automated overnight communications feature, crucial sales information is now just a keystroke away.

The Multi-Store solution helps maximize current inventory stocks through access and use of excess stock in other locations. Our solution helps pinpoint overstock operations and adjust stock levels based on sales. It can generate, update and transmit transfer files from location to location, making inventory control and maintenance of multiple stores a lot more manageable.

The Multi-Store module can be customized to fit any operation. It provides flexibility to transfer all or some item information, including stock flag, price, fiche, location, costs, calculation number, shelf quantity, order numbers, deletes and remarks during initial set-up. All or any portion of the item information can be forwarded to operations. The system can be programmed to automatically update all store files and produce shelf labels for any price changes.

Management reports from each store location, plus an amalgamated report showing totals for the entire operation are available without leaving the office. Department summaries, store balance reports, sales and inventory totals and many other reports are available on a daily basis. Multi-Store also offers integrated accounting modules, accounts receivable, general ledger and accounts payable. Access to any store operation or system function is quick and easy through dial up.
