Our Assyst Point of Sale solution offers Pro-Sign, a software package with all the tools needed for entrepreneurs to design and develop their own professional looking signs. From in-store promotions to customer information, everything is included. With Pro-Sign, you can highlight new store items and increase the sale of slow-moving products. Signs give in-store customers additional information to help them make informed buying decisions.
The Pro-Sign module can be customized to include text only or to include additional graphics. Data can be accessed directly from the different fields on each item's file, without having to re-key the information, including: UPC codes, item descriptions, package sizes, regular and sale prices, savings, prices per kilogram and bottle deposit / environmental charges.
The competitive store feature is another part of the Pro-Sign module. It can highlight prices on certain items compared to competitors' prices. The system allows price tracking on individual items and includes the prices of up to four different competitors on a sign. Based on the prices of 100 to 150 visible or competitive items, the software evaluates each store as expensive, inexpensive or reasonable.
For every item, a record of each store's current price along with its highest and lowest costs can be maintained. The competitive store feature can also calculate approximately how many items have to be sold to match a competitor's price.
