Mental health in the workplace remains an area of concern

  • 37 per cent of European workers face constant stress.
  • Over 40 per cent of Europeans are still facing moderate mental health risks.

29 per cent of employees in Europe indicate a recent decline in productivity

  • Younger workers are disproportionately affected with 47 per cent of Gen Zers and 38 per cent of Millennials admitting to this issue.
  • Women face greater challenges, with mental health scores six points lower than men and a 45 per cent higher likelihood of feeling extremely burnt out. 

A positive workplace culture fosters engagement and retention

  • Workers in high-trust organisations report feeling more engaged, less stressed and burnt out.
  • 37 per cent of employees in Europe would prefer better support for their wellbeing over a 10 per cent salary increase.
