Why are you changing your name?

Our name and brand are changing to reflect the integration of Human & Work, Stimulus, Talentis, Nexmove & EQUILIBRES within the TELUS Health family. Our organisation will now be known as TELUS Health.

This transition to a single, integrated brand strengthens our presence in the market, eliminates confusion, and connects us more clearly to the broader TELUS ecosystem—a global leader in technology and social impact.

But this change is more than just a new name. It reflects our expanded mission: to support human performance, organisational health, and culture at every level. We help leaders build resilient teams, foster healthy workplaces, and drive sustainable performance through evidence-based programmes and strategic support.

As a global provider of total health solutions—including physical, mental, and financial wellbeing—we’re uniquely positioned to address the evolving needs of employees, managers, and organizations. Our integrated capabilities allow us to reimagine how health, leadership, and performance are delivered and experienced.

The first two phases of this transition will be completed by December 8, 2025, with no disruption to your current services. Your account managers, ongoing projects, and service agreements remain unchanged—only the name and brand are evolving.

Do our contacts with your company change?

No, your existing contacts and relationships remain the same. The same dedicated team members who have been supporting you will continue to be your primary points of contact throughout and after the transition to TELUS Health.

Your account managers, support specialists, and service teams will continue to provide the same personalised service you've come to expect. While our name and brand are changing, the people and relationships that matter to your experience with us remain unchanged.

As we integrate into the broader TELUS Health family, you may also gain access to additional specialists and resources when needed, but your core team and contacts will remain consistent.

What is the user experience once you rebrand? What changes and remains the same in the platform?

Our guiding principle is to ensure the user experience remains virtually identical, with only visual branding elements updating to reflect TELUS Health. The core functionality, navigation, and user workflows that your people are familiar with will remain completely unchanged.

What changes: the visual elements of the platform will update to TELUS Health branding, including the logo, colors, typography, and overall brand presentation. Users will see the new TELUS Health visual identity when they access the platform, but the interface layout, menu structures, and feature locations remain in their familiar positions.

What remains the same: all platform functionality, features, and capabilities remain identical. Users will find their tools, reports, dashboards, and services in exactly the same locations with the same functionality they're accustomed to. The navigation paths, user workflows, and operational processes continue unchanged. Performance, reliability, and technical capabilities of the platform are unaffected by the rebrand.

What will happen to my portal, website, materials, subdomain, platform, etc?

Your existing user accounts and login credentials will remain completely unchanged throughout the rebrand process.

Our guiding principle is to ensure zero disruption to user access and account management during the transition to TELUS Health branding. All usernames, passwords, and authentication methods will continue to work exactly as they do today. Users will not need to create new accounts, reset passwords, or update any login information.

The rebrand is purely a visual and branding change - the underlying technical infrastructure, user databases, and authentication systems remain identical. This means your people can continue logging in with their current credentials without any interruption to their workflow or access to services.

We understand that maintaining seamless access is critical for user adoption and satisfaction. Therefore, we have specifically designed the rebrand process to preserve all existing user account data, permissions, and login processes. Your users will experience the same familiar login experience they're accustomed to, with only the visual branding elements updating to reflect TELUS Health.
